The goal was for the Repentigny Theatre to be much much less introverted than an urban venue, with its public areas opening onto the outside, the forecourt, and the gardens. The terrace is topped by a roof made from cross-laminated wooden panels which, when illuminated at night, marks the space’s identity on the size of this new city park, as does the theatre marquee on the dimensions of the sidewalk it overlooks.
The opening of the theaters on the Victoria will enable The Apollo Theater to continue to expand our work in a variety of methods, notably our training, household, and group programming.
